Nicholas Singleton RB | TEN
Titans' Nicholas Singleton: Healthy scratch again
Singleton (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Singleton will be a healthy scratch for consecutive weeks after logging just three carries in the Titans' Week 4 loss to the Ravens. The fifth-round rookie appears destined to take a backseat for the remainder of the 2026 season.

TreVeyon Henderson RB | NE
Patriots' TreVeyon Henderson: Active Sunday
Henderson (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Jets.
Henderson emerged from a Week 5 win versus the Raiders with an apparent right high-ankle sprain, which typically requires a multi-week recovery. For this particular injury, though, he was able to log three consecutive limited practices this week, receive a questionable designation and then tell Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald on Friday that he's "hoping to play." Ian Rapoport of NFL Network then reported Sunday morning that Henderson is likely to suit up, which now has been confirmed. Even though he's active, the Patriots could lean more on Rhamondre Stevenson and Corey Kiner as the healthier options out of the backfield, but Henderson nonetheless has averaged 11 touches per game in his four appearances this season.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. RB | NYG
Giants' Tyrone Tracy: Recaptures third-down role
Tracy is expected to continue serving as the Giants' primary third-down back in Sunday's game against the Saints, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
After being plagued by fumbles in the preseason and then losing another in the season-opening win over Dallas, Tracy appeared to be getting phased out of the New York offense. He was limited to just four total offensive snaps over the Giants' first three games, but Tracy has since appeared to regain some trust as a change-of-pace option over the past two weeks. After logging double-digit snaps Week 4 against the Cardinals, Tracy played a season-high 17 snaps in the Week 5 tie with the Commanders while carrying three times for six yards and adding two receptions for 25 yards on three targets. With fellow backs Cam Skattebo (four fumbles, one lost) and Najee Harris (one lost fumble) having had their own ball-security issues so far this season, head coach John Harbaugh may be willing to open up more work for Tracy beginning with Sunday's game. Per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com, Harris is expected to supplant Skattebo as the Week 6 starter, but the Giants could look to incorporate a four-man committee that also includes Tracy and Devin Singletary.

Najee Harris RB | NYG
Giants' Najee Harris: Appears on track to start
Harris is expected to serve as the Giants' starting running back in Sunday's game against the Saints, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
As Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com notes, the Giants plan to shake up their running-back rotation in Week 6 after lead option Cam Skattebo fumbled four times (losing one) and averaged 3.6 yards per carry through the first five games. Though Harris looks poised to start and should take on a larger role overall after averaging seven touches per game over the prior four contests, he could be part of a messy four-man committee that includes Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary. As such, it's difficult to include Harris in fantasy lineups with much confidence, especially while he's struggled to find open running room in his own right. Harris enters Sunday's contest having matched Skattebo with an average of 3.6 YPC and a lost fumble while seeing far less involvement than Skattebo in the passing game (one catch for five yards on one target over 50 total snaps).

Sean Tucker RB | TB
Buccaneers' Sean Tucker: Unlikely to suit up Sunday
Tucker (quadriceps), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers, isn't expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Per Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site, head coach Todd Bowles had been treating Tucker as a game-time call for Sunday after the running back sat out one practice and was a limited participant in two others this week while managing the quad issue. Tucker doesn't look to have made enough progress to suit up this weekend, but a final word on his status will arrive when Tampa Bay posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the game's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Tampa Bay elevated Josh Williams from the practice squad and would have him serve as the No. 3 back behind Bucky Irving and Kenny Gainwell in Tucker's expected absence.

Najee Harris RB | NYG
Giants' Najee Harris: Could poach snaps from Skattebo
Harris had a "pretty even split in reps" this week with starting running back Cam Skattebo and could be in store for more snaps and touches than usual in Sunday's game against the Saints, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Skattebo has served as the Giants' lead back through the first five games but is averaging just 3.6 yards per carry and has already fumbled four times (losing one). As a result of Skattebo's ongoing struggles, the Giants may be looking to scale back his workload to open up more work for the likes of Harris and Tyrone Tracy, the latter of whom has reclaimed duties as the team's preferred third-down back. Coming off an Achilles injury that cut short his 2025 campaign with the Chargers, Harris hasn't shown much explosiveness through his first four games in New York, averaging 3.6 yards per carry as well while being a relative non-factor in the passing game (one catch for five yards on one target). Even with the prospect of more touches in Week 6, Harris doesn't make for an attractive option in fantasy lineups.

Cam Skattebo RB | NYG
Giants' Cam Skattebo: Could be headed for lighter workload
Skattebo had a "pretty even split in reps" this week with fellow running back Najee Harris and could be in store for fewer snaps and touches than usual in Sunday's game against the Saints, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Coming off a significant ankle injury that cut short his rookie season, Skattebo has handled a lead role out of the New York backfield through the first five games, playing no fewer than 57 percent of snaps on any occasion while averaging 18.2 touches per contest. The second-year back hasn't shown the same burst he displayed in 2025, however, averaging just 3.6 yards per carry and 7.9 yards per reception while finding the end zone only once. Perhaps more troublingly, Skattebo has struggled with ball security, fumbling four times and losing one. As a result of Skattebo's poor form to begin the season, the Giants may be compelled to lighten his workload Sunday and open up more opportunities for Harris compared to previous weeks.

Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: Slated to play Sunday
Kamara (back), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest at the Giants, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
For a second week in a row, Kamara's practice reps were impacted by a back issue, resulting in limited listings on all three Week 6 injury reports and a questionable designation for Sunday's matchup. His status will be clarified about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, but if he's active, he'll resume his timeshare out of the Saints backfield with Kendre Miller and CJ Donaldson, which has amounted to 17 touches for Kamara over the last two games.
-
TreVeyon Henderson RB | NE
Patriots' TreVeyon Henderson: Likely to suit up Sunday
Henderson (ankle), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets, is likely to suit up, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Henderson has gone from likely to miss multiple games to having a chance to play just one week removed from suffering an apparent right high-ankle sprain last Sunday against the Raiders. Via the running back himself Friday, he is "hoping to play" in Week 6, per Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald, but Henderson likely will be subject to a pregame workout Sunday before a decision is made ahead of inactives dropping at 11:30 a.m. ET. If Henderson is active, he'll join Rhamondre Stevenson and Corey Kiner out of the Patriots backfield, though in what capacity remains to be seen.

Quinshon Judkins RB | CLE
Browns' Quinshon Judkins: Will test ankle pregame
Judkins (ankle) will go through a pregame workout to determine his status for Sunday's contest against the Ravens, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Judkins was seen wearing a walking boot on his right foot after the Browns' Week 5 loss at the Jets. Head coach Todd Monken told Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com on Monday that Judkins was considered "day-to-day" after tweaking his ankle in that contest, and the running back was contained to just one limited practice (Friday) during Week 6 prep, leaving him questionable for Sunday's matchup. Judkins' status will be clarified about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, but if he's inhibited or sidelined, Jaleel McLaughlin and Audric Estime will be Cleveland's available running backs.
