Johnsson registered a goal and an assist in Friday's 4-2 loss to Nashville. He also had two PIM and two shots.
Johnsson got the Devils on the board with just over eight minutes left in the third period, tapping home a Dawson Mercer feed to end Juuse Saros' shutout bid. He also set up Tomas Tatar for a breakaway goal in the final minute of the frame. The points were Johnsson's first in the last five games, and his tally broke his six-game goal-scoring drought.
