Hurricanes' Derek Stepan: Ends 25-game point drought

Stepan contributed a goal in Carolina's 3-2 win against Seattle on Thursday.

Stepan has a goal and two points in 26 games this season. His only other point came Oct. 12 during Carolina's season debut, so Stepan was on a 25-game point drought. The 32-year-old entered Thursday's contest averaging just 8:52 of ice time.
