Sustr was called up from AHL Syracuse on Tuesday, Bryan Burns of the Lightning's official site reports.
Sustr figures to serve as an emergency depth option and is unlikely to jump right into the lineup against the Golden Knights on Tuesday. As such, it wouldn't be a shock to see the blueliner sent back down to the minors following Tuesday's tilt in order to help the team continue to compile cap space.
