Lars Eller C | OTT
Senators' Lars Eller: Facing three-week absence
Eller will be out of action for at least another three weeks after sustaining a broken foot, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports Wednesday.
Eller has already missed the Senators' last two contests and four of the team's past six outings. Given his recovery timeline, fantasy managers may see the veteran forward land on injured reserve in the coming days. Even when healthy, Eller has struggled to produce offensively, going 16 games without registering a point.

Thomas Chabot D | OTT
Senators' Thomas Chabot: Remains unavailable
Chabot (upper body) remains on injured reserve and won't play in Thursday's game against Pittsburgh, per Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia.
Chabot hasn't played since Nov. 22, but he has resumed skating and could be nearing a return. However, it's unclear if he will be an option Saturday versus Chicago or Sunday in Boston. Nikolas Matinpalo might lose his spot in the lineup once Chabot is ready.

Oilers' Connor McDavid: Continues dominant ways
McDavid had two goals, including one on the power play, and two power-play assists in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Penguins.

Ryan McDonagh D | TB
Lightning's Ryan McDonagh: Could return versus Kings
McDonagh (undisclosed) told reporters, "We'll see," when asked if he would be ready to play against Los Angeles on Thursday, Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com reports.
McDonagh has been on the shelf since Nov. 8 versus the Capitals, a stretch of 18 games on injured reserve due to his undisclosed injury. Prior to his absence, the veteran blueliner was struggling offensively with just one point in his last eight outings. If McDonagh is cleared to play Thursday, it would likely come at the expense of Declan Carlile or Steve Santini.

Leon Draisaitl C | EDM
Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Reaches milestone Tuesday
Draisaitl recorded four assists, including three on the power play, in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Penguins.
The star playmaker assisted in four of the team's six goals and reached the 1,000-point mark with a secondary assist on Edmonton's first marker -- a power-play tally courtesy of Zach Hyman. Per Wes Crosby of NHL.com, Draisaitl is the fifth-fastest player born outside of North America to reach 1,000 points, behind Peter Stastny (682 games), Jari Kurri (716), Jaromir Jagr (763) and Nikita Kucherov (809). Milestone aside, this four-point effort extended Draisaitl's prolific stretch to 16 points (two goals, 14 assists) over his last seven games.

Tristan Jarry G | EDM
Oilers' Tristan Jarry: Earns win over former team
Jarry stopped 26 of 30 shots in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Penguins.
Jarry has now defeated all 32 NHL franchises throughout his career, and although this wasn't his finest outing, he earned the win in a high-scoring matchup. He has gone three straight outings with a save percentage below the .895 mark, and he's given up seven goals on 58 shots in his first two appearances with the Oilers.

Alexandre Texier LW | MON
Canadiens' Alexandre Texier: Scores against Philadelphia
Texier scored a goal in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Flyers.
Texier opened the scoring in the first period, but Montreal's lead lasted precisely 39 seconds before Carl Grundstrom scored to even things up. Montreal would end up giving up four unanswered goals en route to a loss. Texier has three goals, six points, 16 shots on net and 10 hits in 11 games with the Canadiens.

Jacob Fowler G | MON
Canadiens' Jacob Fowler: Gives up three goals
Fowler stopped 17 of 20 shots in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Flyers. The fourth goal was an empty-netter in the final stages of the third period.
Fowler made his third start of the campaign, and he posted a save percentage of .850 or lower for a second straight contest. He's now given up eight goals over his last two outings. If Montreal decides not to carry three goaltenders, Fowler might return to the minors after Sam Montembeault returns from his conditioning assignment with AHL Laval on Sunday.

Jordan Binnington G | STL
Blues' Jordan Binnington: Set to start Thursday
Binnington will get the starting nod for Thursday's clash with the Rangers, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Binnington will take the second half of the Blues' back-to-back after Joel Hofer tends the twine at home versus the Jets on Wednesday. For his part, the 32-year-old Binnington has underwhelmed of late, going 2-3-1 with a 4.51 GAA in his last six outings.

Travis Konecny RW | PHI
Flyers' Travis Konecny: Pots two points Tuesday
Konecny recorded a goal, an assist, three shots and a plus-1 rating in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Canadiens.
Konecny closed out the scoring for the Flyers with an empty-netter with 1:35 left in the game after setting up Trevor Zegras' goal in the second frame. Zegras has been getting a lot of attention thanks to his four-game goal streak, but Konecny deserves attention as well. The 28-year-old Konecny has cracked the scoresheet in all but one of the Flyers' last nine games, tallying 12 points (four goals, eight assists) and a plus-6 rating over that stretch.
