Bubba Watson isn't known for being subtle and his new-look Ping G25 driver is the latest example of that.
Watson will debut it at the Farmers Insurance Open this week where he's grouped with Phil Mickelson and Jason Day.
According to Jonathan Wall of PGATour.com the new club is only minimally different from last year's version.
"Watson made slight tweaks to the head with the addition of white racing stripes and a unique torched finish," said Wall.
He also noted that Ping would not release this version to the general public.
"Ping released a custom limited-edition version of Watson's pink G20 driver a few years back but made no indication that this version would be coming to retail. In other words, enjoy the one-of-a-kind driver from the comfort of your couch."
Bummer -- I probably wouldn't play it but it sure would be a nice conversation-starting piece to have.
