Juan Lagares late scratch due to rib spasm

Mets outfielder Juan Lagares was a late scratch Saturday against the Phillies because of a ribcage spasm, New York's radio broadcast team reports. Chris Young will take his place in the starting lineup.

Lagares is hitting .291 with two homers and 18 RBI in 151 at-bats. His status remains uncertain for Sunday's series finale against Philadelphia.
