Hawks' Patty Mills: Heading to Atlanta
Mills was traded to the Hawks in exchange for TyTy Washington, Usman Garuba, Rudy Gay and a second-round pick Saturday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Mills was recently traded to Oklahoma City before being re-directed to Atlanta. The veteran point guard will likely compete with rookie Kobe Bufkin for the backup point guard job behind Trae Young.

Thunder's Patty Mills: Dealt to Oklahoma City
Mills was traded to the Thunder on Sunday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Mills was initially dealt to Houston, but as expected, the deal has added a few more layers and more than a handful of teams. The exact details of the entire trade aren't yet known, but we do know the veteran sharpshooter is headed to the Thunder, who'll receive draft compensation to take on Mills' $6.8 million deal for 2023-24. It's not out of the question for Mills to be traded again this offseason, as he doesn't really mesh with Oklahoma City's current roster.

Rockets' Patty Mills: Traded to Rockets but won't stay
Mills was traded to the Rockets on Saturday, Shams Charania and Kelly Iko of The Athletic reports. However, he's not expected to stay with the franchise, Kelly Iko of The Athletic adds.
Mills would have provided a much-needed boost to Houston's second unit, but playing time was expected to be tough to find in a crowded backcourt that also includes Fred VanVleet, Kevin Porter, D.J. Augustin, Amen Thompson and Jalen Green as potential ball handlers. As such, and as Iko reports, Mills will be included in another trade, presumably a bigger deal of the sign-and-trade variety that landed Dillon Brooks in Houston, and will be sent elsewhere. The veteran floor general averaged 6.2 points and 1.4 assists per game across 40 appearances with the Nets in 2022-23.

Nets' Patty Mills: Back to bench
Mills will revert to his usual reserve role in Saturday's Game 1 matchup with the 76ers.
Mills got a spot-start in the Nets' regular-season finale. He will now provide depth in the backcourt if he is called upon.

Nets' Patty Mills: Nabs start Sunday
Mills will start Sunday's regular-season finale versus the Sixers.
Mills should be in line for heftier minutes and usage than usual with most of the Nets' regulars out of commission. However, his role should decline to a minimum when the playoffs fire up.

Nets' Patty Mills: Plays 16 minutes in loss
Mills finished Sunday's 119-106 loss to the Magic with four points (2-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt) and two assists over 16 minutes.
With Seth Curry (personal) and Royce O'Neale (rest) sidelined, Mills saw his first game action since March 9. However, the veteran wasn't all that aggressive and failed to make a major impact as the Nets dropped a disappointing game to Orlando. Mills has made just three appearances since Feb. 11, so he can safely be ignored in most fantasy formats, especially if O'Neale is back in action for Brooklyn moving forward.

Nets' Patty Mills: Goes for 23 points
Mills chipped in 23 points (8-16 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal across 31 minutes during Thursday's 118-113 loss to the Bucks.
With a handful of Brooklyn's regulars sidelined for the first half of a back-to-back set and head coach Jacque Vaughn opting to bench his starters following a slow start Thursday, Mills saw action for just the second time since the league resumed following the All-Star break, and he came out of nowhere to record his second-best scoring mark of the campaign. Despite the solid stat line, the veteran floor general is not a consistent part of the rotation. He's not expected to see consistent minutes going forward, meaning he won't be an asset in fantasy, either.

Nets' Patty Mills: Doesn't do much in 12 minutes
Mills provided zero points (0-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt) and one block in 12 minutes during Monday's 124-116 loss to the Clippers.
Mills hasn't been a consistent part of the Nets' rotation, even with them missing a lot of key players in their backcourt, and he didn't do anything to change that with his scoreless performance on Monday night. He belongs on the waiver wire in most formats.

Nets' Patty Mills: Brings scoring punch off bench
Mills finished Monday's 121-104 win over the Lakers with 21 points (7-12 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three assists and two steals in 26 minutes.
With both T.J. Warren (shin) and Ben Simmons (knee) joining Kevin Durant (knee) on the sideline for the second game in a row, Mills was once again able to handle double-digit minutes with the second unit. He made the most of the opportunity, catching fire from downtown and cleaning up at the free-throw line en route to his second-best scoring performance of the season. Mills can be an appealing streaming option for three-pointers in games when he's guaranteed 20 minutes, but he'll likely be in store for a significant role reduction as soon as at least one of Warren, Simmons and Durant is available to play again.

Nets' Patty Mills: Rare appearance Saturday
Mills contributed seven points (3-7 FG, 1-5 3Pt), one rebound and two assists in 11 minutes during Saturday's 122-115 victory over New York.
Mills was in the rotation for the second straight game, logging 11 minutes following a 19-minute effort Thursday. It's been a rough season for Mills, who remains on the bench for the majority of games. While he does provide a solid locker room presence, Mills is no longer a viable fantasy asset, even in the deepest of leagues.

Nets' Patty Mills: Sees six minutes in loss
Mills finished with zero points (0-2 FG) across six minutes during Tuesday's 106-98 loss to the Spurs.
Mills saw action for the second straight game, but he failed to record a single stat. After playing in the first 20 games of the season, Mills has fallen out of favor lately. Given he is not even in the rotation most nights, Mills can be safely left on the fantasy waiver wire, even in deeper formats.

Nets' Patty Mills: Back with team
Mills (illness) participated in Tuesday's practice and will be available for Wednesday's matchup against Golden State, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
Mills missed back-to-back games due to an illness, but he'll be back in the mix Wednesday. The veteran sharpshooter has appeared in just one contest since Nov. 25, but he drew the start during the matchup, as Brooklyn rested the majority of its regulars, and posted 24 points, six rebounds and six assists across 34 minutes. It's unclear what Mills' role will be now that he's healthy, but it appears Joe Harris, Seth Curry and Edmond Sumner are all ahead of him on the depth chart.

Nets' Patty Mills: Out, as expected
Mills (illness)won't play in Sunday's game against the Pistons.
Mills will miss a second game due to illness, but since he's largely been out of the rotation since late November, his absence shouldn't affect how head coach Jacque Vaughn distributes the minutes to his backcourt players.

Nets' Patty Mills: Out Friday, doubtful Sunday
Mills (illness) is doubtful to play in Sunday's game against the Raptors, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
Mills didn't travel with the team for Friday's game against the Raptors and will likely miss Sunday's game as well. However, his absence shouldn't affect the Nets' rotation.
