Mason Foster dislocates shoulder

Buccaneers starting linebacker Mason Foster dislocated his shoulder in the Week 2 loss to the Rams and is not expected to play Thursday at Atlanta, reports ESPN.com. Dane Fletcher likely would start in his place.
