Cooper was waived by the Buccaneers on Friday, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Cooper joined the Bucs just under two weeks ago in order to help fill an injury-related void at the cornerback position. With Tampa Bay's secondary returning to full strength, Cooper has been let go.
