Reece Horn: Cut loose by Bengals
Cincinnati waived Horn on Monday.
Horn has yet to play in an NFL game, but he recorded production in both the AAF and XFL. He and fellow wide receiver Riley Lees were both waived by Cincinnati on Monday.

Bengals' Reece Horn: Moving on to Cincinnati
The Bengals signed Horn on Monday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Horn recorded production in the XFL and AAF, but he still has yet to log an appearance in the NFL. Previously, Horn had brief stints with the Dolphins and Titans.
