Trayvon Mullen: Gets look from Washington
The Commanders hosted Mullen (shoulder) for a workout Monday, Howard Balzer of USA Today reports.
Mullen spent the entire 2024 season on the Ravens' injured reserve after dislocating his shoulder during the preseason in late August. The 2019 second-rounder appears to have fully recovered from the injury as he looks to catch on with a team in need of depth at corner. Mullen last saw regular-season action in 2022 with the Cardinals (eight games) and Cowboys (one game) and finished with 16 tackles (13 solo) and a pass defense.

Ravens' Trayvon Mullen: Heads to IR
Mullen (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve by the Ravens on Tuesday.
Mullen dislocated his shoulder against the Packers in the team's preseason finale and he'll now be forced to sit out the entire 2024 season while on IR. If he reaches an injury settlement with Baltimore, he'll be free to sign elsewhere. Otherwise, he'll shift his focus to being ready to go for training camp in 2025.

Head coach Jim Harbaugh told reporters that Mullen dislocated his shoulder during Saturday's 30-7 preseason loss to the Packers, Giana Han of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
Mullen sustained the injury during a punt return, and he finished the game without recording a tackle. The 2019 second-round pick has been battling for a depth spot in the Ravens' secondary during training camp, but this injury severely hurts his chances of catching on with the 53-man roster.

Mullen (shoulder) tallied two solo tackles and one pass defended in Saturday's 20-15 exhibition loss to the Falcons.
Mullen had been sidelined for a couple weeks with a subluxation of his right shoulder, but it looks like his health is back up to par. He was on the field for 23 defensive snaps (34 percent), as well as three (14 percent) on special teams. The cornerback is competing for a depth role in Baltimore's secondary this season.
