Don Gardner: Gets workout with Colts
Gardner (hamstring) worked out with Indianapolis on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The 25-year-old was waived from injured reserve by Tampa Bay in early September with an injury settlement, and it now seems as if he's had enough time to move past his hamstring issue. Gardner appeared in one game for the Buccaneers in 2022, recording no stats and playing strictly on special teams.

Don Gardner: Done in Tampa Bay
The Buccaneers waived Gardner (hamstring) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
He's now set to become a free agent and won't be eligible to sign a new contract until he proves his health. Gardner played only 14 snaps, all on special teams, in the 2022 regular season.

The Buccaneers waived Gardner (hamstring) on Sunday with an injury settlement, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
Gardner has sat out since sustaining a hamstring injury in the Bucs' 18-17 preseason win over the Broncos on Aug. 11. Auman notes that Gardner could return to Tampa Bay's practice squad, which is where he spent the 2022 season.
