Williams posted 10 tackles (all solo) in the Giants' loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
New York rested most of its starters in the contest, giving players unaccustomed to a major role a chance in the spotlight. Williams was one of those players -- he entered Sunday having been a healthy scratch in each of the previous five weeks. The second-year cornerback responded with a career-high 10 stops, but he's unlikely to see much (if any) action next Sunday in New York's wild-card matchup versus Minnesota.

Giants' Rodarius Williams: Nabs first career interception
Williams recorded one solo tackle and two passes defensed -- including an interception -- Thursday in a Week 12 loss to Dallas.
Williams' pick came in Giants territory on Dallas' second drive of the contest. It was his first career interception in seven NFL games. Williams suffered a torn ACL in Week 5 last season and didn't return until last week against Detroit, but he appears to be gaining traction in New York's secondary, as he played a career-high 50 defensive snaps (67 percent of the Giants' total) on Thanksgiving.

Williams (knee) was not listed on the Giants' injury report Wednesday.
Williams was restored to the Giants' active roster Monday after taking the full 21-day window to practice while returning from the team's injured reserve. As a result, the second-year cornerback appears set to make his 2022 debut this Sunday against the Lions.
