Carter (abdomen) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Wednesday was the first time Carter practiced since sustaining an abdominal injury in Week 5 against the Jaguars. He'll have two more opportunities to log a full practice, which would likely be enough for him to be cleared to return from a two-game absence and play in Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Eagles' Michael Carter: Will miss another game
Carter (abdomen) has been ruled out to play the Cowboys on Monday Night Football in Week 7.
Carter suffered an injury to his abdomen in Week 5 and hasn't practiced since. He's set to miss his second straight contest, and his next opportunity to suit up will come Sunday, Nov. 1, against Washington. Carter played primarily on special teams during Philadelphia's first two games of the campaign but had built up to a bigger role Weeks 3-5 before getting hurt.

Carter suffered an abdominal injury in Week 5 against the Jaguars, and the injury was severe enough for him to miss all three practices during Week 6 prep.
