The Bengals waived Mosley on Wednesday.
The undrafted rookie wide receiver out of Michigan State agreed to terms with the Bengals earlier in the offseason, but the team has now decided to part ways with Mosley. In corresponding moves, Cincinnati signed a pair of defensive linemen in Andre Carter and Joshua Pryor.
