  • Braves' Michael Harris: Blasts 23rd long ball

Harris went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 7-3 loss to the Giants.

Harris led off the second inning by taking Anthony Molina deep for a solo homer, his 23rd of the season. He's now reached safely in 15 consecutive games, batting .362 with three homers during that stretch. Harris is enjoying a career year with several personal bests, while his .825 OPS shows significant improvement from the .677 mark he posted last season.

  • Spencer Jones CF | NYY

Yankees' Spencer Jones: Accounts for team's only run in loss

Jones went 1-for-3 with a solo home run Monday in a loss to the Angels.

It was a quiet night for the Yankees offense, as the club collectively produced just six hits and one run while striking out 10 times. Jones at least prevented a shutout with a solo blast in the fifth inning. The long ball was his eighth of the campaign and his first since we went deep in back-to-back games Aug. 20 and 21. Jones has continued to start most games against right-handed pitchers even since Cody Bellinger returned from the injured list. Over 28 games in August, Jones batted .239 with four homers, five doubles, 17 runs, 13 RBI and five stolen bases.

  • Cam Smith RF | HOU

Astros' Cam Smith: Plates two runs Monday

Smith went 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, two RBI and a run scored in Monday's 6-3 win over the White Sox.

Smith recorded a pair of hits, picking up a triple in the fourth frame before lacing a two-RBI double to extend the Astros' lead to 6-2 in the fifth inning. It was a much-needed performance for the 23-year-old, who entered Monday 1-for-27 (.037) over his previous 10 contests. On the year, Smith is slashing .214/.280/.392 with 17 homers, 50 RBI, 57 runs and 10 stolen bases in 134 games.

  • Astros' Nelson Velazquez: Goes yard in Monday's win

Velazquez went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Monday's 6-3 win over the White Sox.

Velazquez rocketed a 109.1 mph two-run homer in the fourth inning to give the Astros a 3-2 advantage. The long ball marked the 27-year-old's first hit with the club, snapping an 0-for-11 start to his time in Houston. After seeing most of his big-league action with the Cardinals, Velazquez is slashing .193/.255/.409 with five homers, 15 RBI and 11 runs across 98 total plate appearances this season.

  • Cubs' Michael Conforto: Clubs homer off bench

Conforto went 1-for-1 with a three-run home run in Monday's 17-3 win over Milwaukee.

With position player Andrew Vaughn pitching, Conforto came off the bench and crushed a three-run homer in the eighth inning. The 33-year-old's playing time is somewhat sporadic, but he's brought some juice with three homers over his past seven contests. Overall, Conforto is hitting .235/.325/.479 with 13 homers, 37 RBI, 29 runs and a stolen base in 246 plate appearances.

  • Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Monster performance in Boston

Arozarena went 4-for-5 with a home run, a double, four RBI and two additional runs scored in Monday's 9-8 extra-inning loss to Boston.

The 31-year-old outfielder racked up a season-high-tying four RBI on Monday, tallying his second four-hit attack of 2026. Arozarena has remained a fantasy stalwart this season, slashing .274/.371/.465 with 21 big flies, 62 RBI, 20 stolen bases and 88 runs scored over 561 plate appearances for his sixth straight 20-homer, 20-steal campaign.

  • Matt Shaw RF | CHC

Cubs' Matt Shaw: Hits first home run since return

Shaw went 1-for-4 with a walk, a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Monday's 17-3 win over the Brewers.

Playing all nine innings for the first time since returning from the injured list Friday, Shaw also hit his first home run since June and just his fifth of the season. The 24-year-old missed two months due to a sprained left hand, but now that he's back, he gives the Cubs a versatile option to use across the field. Shaw's playing time may be too inconsistent to move the needle for fantasy managers in the short term, however.

  • Daylen Lile LF | WAS

Nationals' Daylen Lile: Keeps raking in multi-homer game

Lile went 3-for-3 with a pair of two-run home runs and a walk in Monday's 6-3 win over Miami.

Monday marked Lile's fourth multi-homer game of the season. The outfielder is tearing the cover off the ball over his last 11 games, during which he's batting .450 with five long balls, three doubles, one triple, 15 RBI and one stolen base covering his last 40 at-bats. He's hit safely in eight of his last nine outings as well.

  • Seiya Suzuki RF | CHC

Cubs' Seiya Suzuki: Keeps rolling Monday

Suzuki went 3-for-5 with a walk, a solo home run and two additional runs scored in Monday's 17-3 win over the Brewers

Suzuki had a rare 0-for-5 game Sunday, but he got right back into the groove Monday. The outfielder recorded his third three-hit effort across his last four contests, and he finishes August batting .303 with a sharp .957 OPS in 27 games. With a prime spot in the heart of a potent Chicago lineup, Suzuki should remain one of the top offensive performers in fantasy baseball during the stretch run.

  • Tyrone Taylor LF | CHC

Cubs' Tyrone Taylor: Posts huge line in rout

Taylor went 4-for-6 with a home run, an additional run scored and three total RBI in Monday's 17-3 win over the Brewers.

Taylor may have been a bit overshadowed by Alex Bregman, who recorded his second three-homer game of the month, but he still posted a great line in the easy win. The veteran outfielder has been outstanding for the Cubs since coming over at the trade deadline, as he now has a .409/.460/.545 slash line across 18 games with his new team. Taylor even batted cleanup Monday against Milwaukee lefty starter Kyle Harrison, so he appears to be earning a prominent role in Chicago.
