Brogdon (elbow) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Orlando.
Brogdon still hopes to play this season but hasn't suited up since Feb. 2 due to right elbow tendinitis. His next chance to suit up will come Wednesday in Charlotte, though at this point it's fair to wonder if the Blazers will simply shut it down as they play out the string on a rebuilding year.
