Browns' Rashard Higgins: Not expected back

After a down season for the team's passing offense, Cleveland's decision-makers plan to revamp the receiving corps surrounding quarterback Baker Mayfield, including the possibility of parting with wide receiver Jarvis Landry. The Browns are assessing several free-agent and trade options outside the organization.
