Eagles' Darius Slay: Suffers head injury Sunday

Slay is being evaluated for a head injury during Sunday's contest against the Saints.

Slay returned an interception 51 yards for a touchdown -- his second defensive touchdown this season -- before exiting the Eagles' Week 11 contest in the second half. If he is unable to return, Zech McPhearson and Steven Nelson will likely see increased snaps for the remainder of the game.
