Packers' Patrick Taylor: On to NFI list

The Packers placed Turner (undisclosed) on the active/non-football injury list Friday, Jason Wilde of ESPN.com reports.

An undrafted free agent out of Memphis, Turner will have to get healthy before he has the chance to make an impression on the coaching staff in camp. On a depth chart topped by Aaron Jones, Jamaal Williams and rookie second-round pick AJ Dillon. Turner may be competing for one spot on the regular-season roster.
