Texans' Brandin Cooks: Expected to play

Cooks (illness), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Cooks didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday while battling a non-COVID-19-related illness, but he returned to practice Friday. He evidently showed enough progress Friday for the Texans to feel confident he'll suit up, but fantasy managers planning on deploying Cooks in weekly lineups won't receive final word on his status until Houston releases its inactive list 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.
