Swoopes signed with Washington's practice squad Wednesday.
Swoopes suited up in a combined seven regular-season games for Seattle between 2017 and 2019, but he only managed a total of two receptions for 28 yards on 109 offensive snaps. The 26-year-old is joined by Dylan Cantrell, as Washington decided to add a pair of former Big 12 pass catchers to its practice squad Wednesday.
