Swoopes was waived from the reserve/did not report list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Swoopes never reported to training camp ahead of the 2021 season after signing a reserve/futures contract with Washington in the offseason. The undrafted tight end out of Texas last appeared in an NFL game for the Seahawks in 2019.
