Bhayshul Tuten RB | JAC
Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Limited again Thursday
Tuten (finger) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Tuten was unable to suit up for Jacksonville's win over the Broncos in Week 16 due to a right finger issue that it was reported could sideline him multiple games, so it's encouraging to see him now log a second consecutive limited practice session. If Tuten is able to log at least another limited practice session Friday, it appears he'll have a fair chance to reclaim his No. 2 role behind Travis Etienne as early as Sunday on the road against Indianapolis.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Packers' Josh Jacobs: Set to play Saturday
Jacobs (knee/ankle) doesn't have a designation for Saturday's game versus the Ravens, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Jacobs followed up Tuesday's limited walkthrough with back-to-back limited sessions to cap Week 17 prep as he tends to dueling knee and ankle injuries, but the activity was enough for him to be cleared ahead of the weekend. Such a development would seem to pave the way for him to handle his normal workload of 18.9 touches per game, but Emanuel Wilson will be on hand in the event Jacobs needs a breather or otherwise suffers an aggravation of an existing health concern.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt RB | WAS
Commanders' Jacory Croskey-Merritt: Breaks out on Christmas Day
Croskey-Merritt carried the ball 11 times for 105 yards and two touchdowns in the Commanders' 30-23 loss to the Cowboys on Christmas Day.
The rookie running back kept Washington in the game, scoring from 10 yards out in the second quarter before breaking free for a 72-yard TD in the third. It was the second time this season Croskey-Merritt topped 100 rushing yards with multiple touchdowns in a game, and over the last three contests he's churned out 226 yards and four TDs. Chris Rodriguez (illness) will likely be back in action in Week 18 against the Eagles, but Croskey-Merritt has done more than enough of late to retain a significant role in the offense for the Commanders' season finale.

Cody Schrader RB | DEN
Cody Schrader: Waived by Broncos
Denver waived Schrader on Thursday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.
Schrader was claimed off waivers by the Broncos on Dec. 15, but he didn't ultimately get a chance to suit up for a game with the team. He'll be a candidate to resurface on Denver's practice squad.

Jaylen Warren RB | PIT
Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Logs full practice Thursday
Warren (hip) practiced fully Thursday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Warren was limited at practice Wednesday, but the running back's return to a full listing a day later paves the way for him to maintain his key role in Pittsburgh's backfield Sunday against the Browns. In the Steelers' win over the Lions in Week 16, Warren was on the field for 49 percent of his team's offensive snaps, while working alongside fellow RB Kenneth Gainwell, a game in which Warren carried 14 times for 143 yards and two TDs to go along with two catches (on two targets) for eight yards. Look for Warren to continue to be a focal point in Pittsburgh's offense this weekend, when the team will be missing top WR DK Metcalf, who was suspended for the Steelers' final two regular-season contests.

Dylan Sampson RB | CLE
Browns' Dylan Sampson: Limited on practice estimate
Sampson (hand) is listed as limited on Thursday's estimated practice report, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
The Browns didn't officially hold an on-field practice Thursday, but had the team done so, it's estimated that Sampson would've reprised the limited activity level he logged Wednesday. The rookie running back hasn't played since Week 14, and he'll have one more chance to prove he can handle full practice reps Friday. With Quinshon Judkins (ankle/fibula) out for the year, Sampson will have a chance to lead a backfield that also houses Trayveon Williams and Raheim Sanders if he can gain clearance to play Sunday versus Pittsburgh.

Kimani Vidal RB | LAC
Chargers' Kimani Vidal: Questionable for Saturday
Vidal (neck) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Texans after being listed as a limited participant on Thursday's practice estimate.
Vidal was deemed a non-participant both Tuesday and Wednesday, with the running back's estimated limited listing Thursday offering hope that he may be available this weekend. Look for added context regarding Vidal's Week 17 status to arrive late Friday or early Saturday, but if he's made inactive for the Chargers' 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff, added touches would be available for fellow RB Omarion Hampton, with Hassan Haskins and Jaret Patterson on hand in reserve.
-
Malik Davis RB | DAL
Cowboys' Malik Davis: Hits century mark Thursday
Davis carried the ball 20 times for 103 yards and failed to catch either of his two targets in the Cowboys' 30-23 win over the Commanders on Christmas Day.
Javonte Williams (shoulder) was knocked out of the game early, and with Dallas taking a 24-10 lead into the second half, Davis saw a hefty workload as the team worked to burn the clock. It was the first 100-yard game of the fourth-year back's career -- his previous high was 47 yards, set in Week 13 this season -- and the carry volume also doubled his prior high. There's no indication yet how serious Williams' shoulder injury is, but with nothing on the line in a Week 18 clash with the Giants except the chance at a .500 record, Davis could be in line for big volume again.

TreVeyon Henderson RB | NE
Patriots' TreVeyon Henderson: Estimated as limited Thursday
Henderson (concussion protocol) was listed as limited on Thursday's practice estimate.
Henderson was also deemed limited Wednesday, which leaves the running back with one more opportunity to upgrade to a full practice listing before the Patriots' Week 17 injury designations are posted. If Henderson ends up being unavailable Sunday against the Jets due to the concussion he sustained this past weekend, Rhamondre Stevenson would be in line to see added backfield touches versus New York.
