Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Goes cold in season-ending loss
Leonard totaled 21 points (8-17 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven rebounds and three assists over 40 minutes during Wednesday's 126-121 Play-In Game loss to the Warriors.
Despite a strong start to the game, Leonard went missing down the stretch, scoring just two of his 21 points during the fourth quarter. It was a disappointing end to the season for the Clippers, particularly given all the effort that went into recovering from what was a disastrous start to the campaign. As for Leonard, his season couldn't have gone much better, putting up top-five fantasy value while playing at least 65 games for the second time in the past three seasons.

Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Off injury report
Leonard (ankle) isn't listed on the injury report for Wednesday's Play-In Tournament game against the Warriors, NBA writer Justin Russo reports.
Leonard was held out of Sunday's regular-season finale -- a win over the Warriors -- but will return to action for Wednesday's win-or-go-home matchup. The star forward averaged 25.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.0 steals in 31.8 minutes per contest over five regular-season appearances in April.

Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Won't play Sunday
Leonard (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Warriors, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
Leonard will be held out of Los Angeles' regular-season finale due to a left ankle sprain, and his next chance to play will come in the Play-In Tournament. The superstar forward delivered impressive numbers to help the Clippers turn things around, averaging a career-high 27.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.9 steals in 32.1 minutes per game across 65 regular-season outings.

Clippers' Kawhi Leonard: Paces team with 24 points
Leonard finished with 24 points (10-20 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and one steal in 37 minutes during Friday's 116-97 loss to the Trail Blazers.
The Clippers could have used more production from Leonard, but the All-Star didn't get much support in the team's attempt to nail down a higher seed in the Play-In Tournament. The second consecutive loss puts the Clippers at risk of a ninth-seed placement, where they would need two wins to advance. They'll play the Warriors in the season finale, and a loss will likely result in a play-in rematch. Leonard will need to post a big total alongside support from his first-unit teammates and hope for a Portland loss.

The 20 points led the Clippers on the night as Leonard reached that mark for an impressive 56th straight game, although that pales in comparison to the 141-game streak that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander extended for the visitors. Over the last 10 games, Leonard is averaging 26.4 points, 6.2 boards, 3.3 assists, 3.0 threes and 1.3 steals while shooting 50.8 percent from the floor and 41.7 percent from downtown as he gears up for the Play-In Tournament.

He's on a sizzling role of 11 straight games with at least 25 points, and there's a strong argument to consider Leonard one of the most reliable forwards in fantasy right now.
