Magic's Terrence Ross: Goes for 17 points in loss
Ross totaled 17 points (6-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal in 23 minutes during Thursday's 134-120 loss to Detroit.
Ross cobbled together 17 points in the loss, his highest points total since late January. With the Magic leaning more and more into their youth, Ross has taken a backseat in recent weeks. While he does still have the ability to put the ball in the basket, as we saw here, he is simply playing too few minutes to be considered anything more than a deeper league asset.... See More ... Magic's Terrence Ross: Limited to 19 minutes in loss
Ross registered six points (2-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT) in 19 minutes during Sunday's 116-83 loss to the Celtics.
Ross was a non-factor in the loss, continuing his downward trend. The Magic are likely looking to move some of their veterans, with Ross potentially included on that list. At this stage, a move to another team could at least garner the veteran a consistent role, something he has been able to establish this season.... See More ... See Less

Ross (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Bulls.
Ross was unable to finish Friday's loss to the Lakers due to right knee soreness and will miss at least one additional contest. The Magic are extremely shorthanded, so two-way players Ignas Brazdeikis and Admiral Schofield may see increased roles off the bench.... See More ... See Less
Magic's Terrence Ross: Questionable Sunday

Ross was unable to finish Friday's loss to the Lakers due to right knee soreness, but he'll have a chance to return to the court two days later. If the 30-year-old is unavailable, Cole Anthony, Gary Harris and Ignas Brazdeikis should see increased run.... See More ... See Less

Ross racked up 17 points (6-15 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two blocks over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 112-106 loss to the Wizards.
Ross was unable to replicate his 32-point effort from Sunday's matchup with Washington, but he still totaled 17 points in the rematch. The 30-year-old didn't offer much shooting efficiency Wednesday as he continues to struggle with stringing together strong shooting performances.... See More ... See Less
Magic's Terrence Ross: Goes off for 32 in defeat
Ross recorded 32 points (13-20 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Sunday's 102-100 loss to the Wizards.
Ross has proven plenty capable of scoring outbursts over the years, and this was the second time in four games that he finished with north of 30 points. Fantasy-wise, Ross can be a frustrating player to manage, but when the minutes are there he's a capable source of points and threes who also chips in some rebounds.... See More ... See Less
Magic's Terrence Ross: Continues scoring spree
Ross totaled 18 points (8-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt), eight rebounds and two assists in 27 minutes during Wednesday's 116-106 loss to the 76ers.
Ross has scored at least 15 points in three straight games. He's a sparkplug and microwave scorer off the bench. Unfortunately, Ross' stats are mostly hollow, as even tonight he recorded a minus-12 in the box score. Ross is streamable, but his -1.2 wins above replacement -- fourth worst in the league -- on the season is telling.... See More ... See Less

Ross finished Sunday's 116-111 overtime loss to the Celtics with 33 points (11-19 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 7-7 FT), five rebounds and three steals across 35 minutes.
Ross saw increased shot volume off the bench and paced the team with a season-high 33 points. His evening was awe-inspiring, considering it was his first night on the floor after a seven-game absence due to COVID-19 protocols. The slew of absences for Orlando was instrumental in Ross's production boost. Sunday's stat line is an excellent reminder of the 30-year-old's playmaking ability.... See More ... See Less
