Chargers' Christian Covington: Tests positive for COVID-19
Covington has been confirmed as one of the two Chargers players who tested positive for COVID-19, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Head coach Brandon Staley confirmed Covington was one of the two COVID-19 positive cases, with the other one being linebacker Drue Tranquill. This all but rules out Covington for the weekend game against Pittsburgh, but he might be eligible to return next week on the road against the Broncos.
