Eagles' Saquon Barkley: No practice Wednesday
Barkley (hamstring) officially didn't practice Wednesday
Barkley lasted just four offensive snaps before exiting this past Sunday's loss to the Rams in the first quarter due to a hamstring issue. Head coach Nick Sirianni remained mum Monday regarding Barkley's status, according to Zach Berman of The Athletic, though Ian Rapoport of NFL Network later reported that the running back is considered week-to-week with an injury that's not deemed to be long term. As a result, Barkley's lack of activity Wednesday isn't a shock, and if he indeed sits out Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London, he likely will pass off the No. 1 spot in the Eagles backfield to Will Shipley, with Dameon Pierce backing him up.

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Absent from practice Wednesday
Barkley (hamstring) wasn't spotted at Wednesday's practice, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.
With Barkley already considered week-to-week coming out of Sunday's loss to the Rams, his absence from Wednesday's session is no surprise. Barkley should be considered closer to doubtful for Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London. Will Shipley and Dameon Pierce are currently in line to handle backfield duties after Tank Bigsby (abdomen) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Deemed week-to-week due to hamstring issue
Barkley (hamstring) is considered week-to-week, though the Eagles don't view the injury as long term, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
After exiting early in Sunday's loss to the Rams with the hamstring issue, Barkley now appears likely to miss at least some time. However, the Eagles -- and Barkley's fantasy managers -- can breathe a sign of relief since the injury doesn't appear likely to sideline the star running back for a substantial period of time. With Tank Bigsby (abdomen) expected to land on IR, Philadelphia's backfield is down to just Will Shipley among healthy options on the active roster. The Eagles will likely turn to one or more of Jaydon Blue, Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele from the practice squad for Week 5 and potentially beyond.

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Status uncertain with injured hamstring
Coach Nick Sirianni said, "We'll see," Monday afternoon when asked about Barkley's new hamstring injury, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports. "We'll have more answers Wednesday for you probably with that stuff," Sirianni added.
Barkley injured his hamstring in the opening minutes of Sunday's eventual loss to the Rams and wasn't able to return to action. Tank Bigsby was the biggest beneficiary of Barkley's absence, but he exited late with a lower-body issue that will require core muscle surgery and a stint on IR, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. With Barkley's status uncertain, the Eagles currently host one healthy running back (Will Shipley) on the active roster, while Jaydon Blue, Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele are options to be bumped up from the practice squad.

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Set for tests on injured hamstring
Barkley will undergo further testing Monday, but the right hamstring injury he sustained in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Rams isn't believed to be "overly serious," Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Barkley carried twice for eight yards and hauled in his lone target for a two-yard reception before departing Sunday's contest in the first quarter with the hamstring issue. Though injuries have now resulted in Barkley playing limited snaps in two of the Eagles' last three games, the team seems optimistic that his latest setback on the health front isn't anything major. His upcoming medical tests should provide a clearer picture of his health heading into a Week 5 matchup with the Jaguars next Sunday.

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Won't return Sunday
Barkley (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Rams, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.
Barkley tweaked his hamstring on a six-yard run in the first quarter, and the injury is severe enough for the star running back to be sidelined for the rest of Sunday's game. Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley will handle backfield duties the rest of the way in Barkley's absence.

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Injures hamstring in Week 4
Barkley suffered a hamstring injury during Sunday's game against the Rams, Olivia Reiner of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Barkley walked slowly to the sideline after a six-yard run in the first quarter and visited the medical tent before making his way to the locker room. During Barkley's absence, Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley are the candidates for reps out of the Eagles backfield.

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Enters medical tent in first quarter
Barkley (lower body) made his way to the sideline slowly and then entered the medical tent during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Rams, Olivia Reiner of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
After a six-yard run on the Eagles' second possession, the aforementioned situation befell Barkley. For as long as Barkley is sidelined, Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley will man Philadelphia's backfield.
