Jets' Mecole Hardman: Plays two snaps in Week 3
Hardman played only two snaps on offense and wasn't targeted in Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Patriots.
Hardman has barely seen the field while being targeted only once through three games with the Jets. He'll be motivated to deliver against his former team when the Chiefs come to town in Week 4, but Hardman may not get many opportunities to do so.

Jets' Mecole Hardman: Records first catch with Jets
Hardman caught his only target for six yards in Sunday's 30-10 loss to the Cowboys.
After playing zero offensive snaps in his first game with the Jets last week, Hardman recorded his first reception with the team in Week 2. When asked about the possibility of playing Hardman more after the loss to Dallas, head coach Robert Saleh said "it's something to look at," per Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic. Hardman's speed could provide a spark for a Jets offense that's desperate for production after losing starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) for the season, but the former Kansas City wide receiver will be tough to trust in fantasy unless he earns a larger role.

Jets' Mecole Hardman: Fails to play on offense
Hardman played zero snaps on offense and one on special teams in Monday's 22-16 overtime win over the Bills.
Hardman took the field for a kickoff return but otherwise didn't get a chance to play with quarterback Aaron Rodgers on the Jets' opening drive before he suffered a season-ending torn Achilles, nor backup Zach Wilson. Though Hardman's speed should earn him a role on offense eventually, his upside will be limited now that Wilson is taking over as the Jets' starting quarterback.

Jets' Mecole Hardman: Omitted from injury report
Hardman (finger) wasn't listed Thursday on the Jets' first Week 1 injury report, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Hardman and Allen Lazard (shoulder) were both nursing minor injuries coming out of the preseason finale, but the Jets will enter Monday's season opener versus the Bills with their receiving corps at full strength after all seven members of the position group logged full practices Thursday. Garrett Wilson and Lazard should be locked in as the Jets' No. 1 and 2 receivers heading into Monday's game, while Hardman had been battling Randall Cobb for the No. 3 role for much of training camp and the preseason. Cobb had been seeing more first-team work as of last week, but regardless of whether Cobb or Hardman serves as the Jets' starting slot man against the Bills, both players could end up splitting the snaps.
