Howell (hamstring) was a full practice participant Thursday, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Howell was inactive for Sunday's divisional-round win over the Buccaneers due to a hamstring injury. However, he managed a limited practice Wednesday, before upgrading to a full session Thursday. That should put him in line to return to his role on special teams in Sunday's NFC Championship Game against San Francisco.
