Chargers' Donnie Jones: Joins Chargers
Jones agreed to a deal with the Chargers on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Jones -- who announced his retirement in February before changing his mind in early April -- will take over punting duties for Drew Kaser, who was released Tuesday. The 14-year veteran is also expected to hold kicks for Caleb Sturgis.

Donnie Jones: Changes mind about retirement
Jones requested and received his release from the Eagles' reserve/retired list Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports.
Jones announced his retirement from the NFL in late February, but it appears the 14-year veteran has changed his mind. His dismissal from the Eagles' reserve/retired list will immediately make him eligible to sign with another team.

Donnie Jones: Retiring from NFL
Jones announced Tuesday that he is retiring from the NFL.
Fresh of his first Super Bowl win, Jones has elected to call it a career after 14 seasons in the NFL. Jones punted for five different teams during that stretch, but he spent the final five seasons of his career in Philadelphia. As of now, Cameron Johnston is the only other punter the Eagles have on their roster after they signed him to a futures contract, but they could add competition this offseason.
