Williams (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Williams suffered the injury during practice this week and will be sidelined at least one game. The 21-year-old has yet to appear in a game this season, so he may not have been active Sunday even if healthy.
