Packers' Jaire Alexander: Should return to practice

Alexander (shoulder) is expected to "at bare minimum" participate in individual drills this week according to head coach Matt LaFleur, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

Alexander was designated to return from IR on Dec. 8 after being out since Week 4 against the Steelers. Whether Alexander will be able to prove he's ready to return in Week 15 against the Ravens remains to be seen, but there was originally optimism he could return in Week 14 against the Bears. Either way, the return of the star corner appears to be on the horizon, which is great news for the Packers' secondary as they push towards the final leg of the season.
