Steven Sims: Does make practice squad

The Texans signed Sims to the practice squad Wednesday.

Sims couldn't make Houston's initial 53-man roster, but he will stick around via the practice squad. He spent the past two seasons operating as a depth receiver and option in the return game with Pittsburgh.
