Reds centerfielder Drew Stubbs has returned from his rehab assignment and been activated by the Reds, the club announced Monday afternoon. As a corresponding move, Willie Harris was outrighted to Triple-A Louisville.

Stubbs had been on the shelf since June 15 with a strained left oblique. He made three rehab starts for Class-A Dayton, in which he went 1-for-10.

Stubbs, 27, is hitting .235/.300/.373 with seven homers, 18 RBI, 34 runs and 13 stolen bases for the Reds this season.

With Stubbs injured, the Reds have mostly been playing Chris Heisey in center.
