Blake Griffin's first court date is scheduled for Dec. 8 at the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas. TMZ first to report battery charge.

The Clippers have no comment, according to Bolch, and they don't really have to say anything before the court date. TMZ reported that, according to the alleged victim, Griffin was "upset by camera flashes in his face."
