DT Eric LeGrand, the former Rutgers player who was paralyzed in 2010 and placed on the Bucs roster this year in a ceremonial gesture, talked to the team in the locker room on Tuesday and attended the afternoon practice. "(LeGrand) is very inspirational," OG Carl Nicks said.
