  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Limited again Thursday

Tuten (finger) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice. Tuten was unable to suit up for Jacksonville's win over the Broncos in Week 16 due to a right finger issue that it was reported could sideline him multiple games, so it's encouraging to see him now log a second consecutive limited practice session. If Tuten is able to log at least another limited practice session Friday, it appears he'll have a fair chance to reclaim his No. 2 role behind Travis Etienne as early as Sunday on the road against Indianapolis.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Returns to limited practice

Tuten (finger) was limited at practice Wednesday. Tuten was unavailable for the Jaguars' Week 16 win over the Broncos, but the running back's ability to practice in a limited fashion Wednesday has him trending in the right direction as Sunday's game against the Colts approaches. If available this weekend, Tuten would be in line to reclaim his complementary backfield role behind Jacksonville's top RB Travis Etienne.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Out Week 16, possibly beyond

Tuten (finger) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos. Tuten could be out multiple games, per the Jaguars' official site, so his practice participation level will bear monitoring ahead of the Jaguars' Week 17 trip to Indianapolis. He didn't practice in any capacity prior to being ruled out for Week 16, which will open the door for LeQuint Allen and DeeJay Dallas to provide backfield depth behind Travis Etienne and return kickoffs.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: No practice Wednesday

Tuten (finger) did not practice Wednesday. Tuten is expected to undergo right finger surgery and miss multiple weeks, per Michael DiRocco of ESPN, though the Jaguars haven't yet officially ruled him out for Sunday's game against the Broncos. John Shipley of SI reports that LeQuint Allen will step into a larger role on offense behind Travis Etienne as long as Tuten remains sidelined, while Jacksonville signed DeeJay Dallas on Tuesday to contribute on special teams.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: May need finger surgery

Tuten is reportedly set to undergo surgery due to a right finger injury suffered during Sunday's win over the Jets, Garry Smits of The Florida Times-Union reports. Tuten rushed once for seven yards and secured his only target for a 16-yard receiving touchdown during the Jaguars' 48-20 win over New York, while also compiling 93 yards as a kick returner. However, he was forced out of the game after a kick return in the third quarter due to what was initially labeled a right hand injury. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Tuten is expected to be back in action in time for the playoffs, but LeQuint Allen will be positioned to handle No. 2 running back duties behind Travis Etienne during Sunday's road matchup against the Broncos.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Sleeper RBs

I love Travis Etienne this week given his matchup against the Jets, who are No. 3 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. But I also like Tuten as a flex option in deeper leagues. He's tough to trust with a combined 17 carries for 39 yards and a touchdown and one catch for 2 yards on two targets in his past three games against Arizona, Tennessee and Indianapolis. But the Jets have allowed a pair of running backs in the same game to score at least 13.5 PPR points three times in their past six outings with Chase Brown and Samaje Perine in Week 8, Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier in Week 13 and De'Von Achane and Jaylen Wright in Week 14. I'm hoping that Etienne and Tuten can follow suit in this game.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Rushes for 17 yards, TD in win

Tuten rushed eight times for 17 yards and one touchdown in the Jaguars' 25-3 win over the Titans on Sunday. He added one catch for two yards on one target. Tuten was out-carried 12 to eight by Travis Etienne, who also out-gained the rookie 28 to 17 on the ground. However, it was Tuten who found the end zone with a two-yard plunge in the third quarter. After rushing a season-high 15 times for 74 yards and one score in the Jaguars' Week 11 win over the Chargers, Tuten has carried the ball a total of 15 times for 34 yards (2.27 yards per carry) and one touchdown over the last two weeks. He hasn't done enough to close the gap on Etienne as the team's clear RB1. Tuten isn't much more than a fantasy bench stash.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Sleepers (Start/Sit)

Tuten injured his ankle in Week 11 against the Chargers, but he was able to practice Wednesday and should play in Week 12 at Arizona. He is worth using as a flex option in the majority of leagues against the Cardinals, who are No. 9 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. Prior to leaving in Week 11, Tuten had more carries than Travis Etienne (15-12) at that point in the game, and Tuten finished with 74 rushing yards and a touchdown. I would still use Etienne as a No. 2 running back in all leagues, but Tuten can also have another productive outing as long as he's healthy.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Manages limited practice

Tuten (ankle) and Travis Etienne (shoulder) both were limited participants in practice Wednesday. Etienne's injury wasn't previously reported, while Tuten made an early exit from Sunday's 35-6 win over the Chargers. The rookie had his largest role of the season beforehand, with a 43 percent snap share and three more carries than Etienne (15-12) at the time of his early exit. It's possible Etienne hurting his shoulder was a factor there, so the workload split between them could be fluid, with health potentially a big part of the equation. Early signs are good for both running backs giving it a go this Sunday against the Cardinals.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Week 12 Adds (RB Preview)

Tuten looked fantastic before he left Week 11 with an injury, and the opportunities indicate that the coaches noticed. He had 15 carries for 74 yards and a score despite the fact that he left early and only played 32% of the snaps. I would not be surprised if this is close to a 50/50 split in Week 12.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Week 12 Waiver Priority List

Tuten left Week 11 against the Chargers with an ankle injury, but he told reporters after the game that he's fine. We'll keep an eye on his status heading into Week 12 at Arizona, but Tuten should be added in all leagues where available for at least 5 percent of your remaining FAB. Prior to getting hurt in Week 11, he had 15 carries for 74 yards and a touchdown, and he had more carries than Travis Etienne (12) at that point in the game. You can't start Tuten in the majority of leagues yet, especially if he's hurt, but he's worth stashing on your bench in all formats.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Hurts ankle Sunday

Tuten was forced out of Sunday's game against the Chargers with an ankle injury. Before his departure from the contest, Tuten carried 15 times for 74 yards and a TD, while working in tandem with Travis Etienne. While he's sidelined, LeQuint Allen is available to handle added RB snaps versus Los Angeles.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Minimal role in loss

Tuten carried four times for five yards and caught one of two targets for five yards during Sunday's 36-29 loss to the Texans. He also returned five kickoffs for 143 yards. A week after tying his season high with 10 offensive touches and scoring his third touchdown of the season, Tuten worked as more of a true backup Sunday while setting a season low with just 10 yards from scrimmage. Starter Travis Etienne again dominated the backfield work with 18 touches, leaving Tuten locked into a secondary role.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Week 10 Waiver Priority List

Tuten came off Jacksonville's bye in Week 8 with his most touches since Week 2 in the Week 9 overtime victory against the Raiders. He had nine carries for 29 yards and a touchdown and one catch for minus-3 yards on one target. Tuten will continue to work in tandem with Travis Etienne, who is the clear No. 1 running back for the Jaguars, but we hope Tuten continues to get more work moving forward. And Jacksonville might need him with Travis Hunter (knee) and Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) dealing with injuries. Tuten is worth adding for up to 5 percent of your remaining FAB.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Stashes (RB Preview)

Rookies often get a boost after their bye and they often take off in the second half. Travis Etienne doesn't have more than 50 rushing yards in a game since Week 4. Perhaps Liam Coen decides to give his rookie back a bit more run in Week 9 against the Raiders.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Five carries in blowout

Tuten rushed five times for 22 yards during Sunday's 35-7 loss to the Rams. The five carries are pretty standard for Tuten, though it's more notable in this contest given that starter Travis Etienne carried just eight times. That likely had more to do with a lopsided game script than anything else, but it's still worth noting with Tuten positioned as Jacksonville's No. 2 tailback. The rookie fourth-round pick enters the bye week with 27 carries for 108 yards, six receptions for 59 yards and two total touchdowns in seven games.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Four touches in loss

Tuten carried twice for 14 yards and caught two of three targets for 14 yards during Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Seahawks. The rookie fourth-round pick continues to operate as Jacksonville's No. 2 tailback but saw his smallest workload since the season opener Sunday. Tuten showcased his potential upside in Week 2 with 10 touches for 74 yards, but in the ensuing four contests he's totaled just 16 carries for 55 yards and four receptions for 27 yards. He's likely to remain in a limited role as long as Travis Etienne remains healthy.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Clear for Week 6

Tuten (shoulder) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Seahawks. Tuten was listed as limited on Wednesday's practice estimate due to a lingering shoulder injury and then had a cap on his reps both Thursday and Friday. However, it won't stop him from continuing to serve as the Jaguars' No. 2 RB behind starter Travis Etienne. Such a role has amounted to 26 touches for 128 yards from scrimmage and two total TDs for Tuten over the last four games.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Stays limited in practice

Tuten (shoulder) practiced on a limited basis Thursday. Tuten has been a regular on Jaguars practice reports due to a shoulder injury since Week 3 prep, but he's been able to suit up for three consecutive contests, combining for 16 touches for 54 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD during that span. Assuming he's cleared ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Seahawks, he'll continue to operate in a complementary role behind No. 1 RB Travis Etienne.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Ready for Week 5

Tuten (shoulder) was limited at practice Saturday but doesn't have a designation for Monday's game versus the Chiefs. Tuten has had his practice reps managed in each of the last three weeks of game prep, but he's still been available to the Jaguars offense on game days. While Travis Etienne has been a workhorse out of the backfield this season, Tuten has received regular touches, turning 21 carries into 88 yards and one touchdown and three catches (on four targets) for 40 yards and another score through four contests.
