The Ravens signed Graham to a contract Monday.
The 2021 sixth-rounder will get an opportunity to make the Ravens' 53-man roster as a depth piece in the secondary. Graham played four snaps on special teams in one regular-season game for the Steelers in 2024 and did not show up in the box score otherwise.

Thomas Graham: Tries out for Houston
The Texans brought in Graham (ankle) for a tryout Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Graham was waived from the Browns' injured reserve Nov. 28, as he had been sidelined since sustaining an ankle injury in the team's first preseason game. However, the 24-year-old seems like he's once again healthy enough to play. Across seven games with Cleveland in 2022, Graham logged six tackles while playing primarily on special teams.

Thomas Graham: Cut by Cleveland
Graham (ankle) was waived from injured reserve Tuesday.
The third-year cornerback out of Oregon had yet to appear in a game this season after suffering an ankle injury during the Browns' first preseason game. Graham played in 11 games with Chicago and Cleveland from 2021 to 2022, tallying 19 total tackles, including one tackle for loss, while recording four pass deflections.
