Graham underwent an MRI Friday, revealing he sustained an MCL and ankle sprain in Thursday night's game, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Graham (knee) avoided a major injury in Thursday night's game. The team leader in sacks is expected to remain week-to-week as he begins his recovery process, per Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram. Adin Huntington could see additional reps opposite Jared Verse while Graham is sidelined.

Browns' Mason Graham: Using crutches after injuring knee
Graham exited the Cleveland locker room on crutches and with a brace on his left knee following Thursday's 27-24 win over Pittsburgh, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Graham was hurt early in the first half during a Pittsburgh running play. The 2025 first-round draft pick was initially deemed questionable before being ruled out shortly after halftime. Graham's need to use crutches and a brace following the victory isn't a promising sign, though the Browns' medical staff will ultimately give him a diagnosis upon further examination.

Graham logged seven tackles (four solo), including 2.0 sacks, in the Browns' 21-18 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
Graham played 53 defensive snaps in the contest and notched two of the three sacks quarterback Bryce Young took in the contest. The second-year defensive tackle out of Michigan totaled 0.5 sacks throughout his entire 17-game campaign in 2025, so Sunday's contest was easily a career high for the young player. Graham is up to 4,0 sacks through three regular-season games in 2026, leading all defensive tackles.

Graham told reporters Wednesday that he played through a broken rib at the end of the 2025 season, Dan Labbe of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Despite dealing with a broken rib, Graham appeared in all 17 of the Browns' contests during his rookie campaign, recording 49 total tackles, including 0.5 sacks, and four passes defensed. Heading into his second NFL season, the Michigan product is likely to remain an integral part of Cleveland's defensive front.
