Sean Tucker RB | TB
Buccaneers' Sean Tucker: Game-time decision for Sunday
Tucker (quadriceps) is listed as questionable and considered a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with Pittsburgh, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
For fantasy purposes, Tucker's availability is mostly of interest because of how it impacts the short-yardage expectations for Bucky Irving. The reintroduction of Tucker at the goal line didn't stop Irving from having his best game of the season last week, but that was against the Cowboys' defense, not the Steelers'. Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay are schedule for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday.

Trevor Etienne RB | CAR
Panthers' Trevor Etienne: Questionable for Week 6
Etienne (ankle) is listed as questionablefor Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Etienne was a full practice participant all week, while AJ Dillon (ankle) was absent and has already been ruled out for Sunday. Etienne might've taken over the No. 2 RB role even if Dillon had stayed healthy, so it remains to be seen how that play out if/when both are available at the same time. The Panthers will need to activate Etienne from injured reserve by Saturday evening to have him available for Sunday's game. If they don't do that, they'll need to look to the practice squad for depth behind Chuba Hubbard.

AJ Dillon RB | CAR
Panthers' AJ Dillon: Ruled out for Week 6
Dillon (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Meanwhile, RB Trevor Etienne (ankle) is listed as questionable and may be activated for injured reserve over the weekend. Either way, Chuba Hubbard figures to handle a large workload again.

Tyjae Spears RB | TEN
Titans' Tyjae Spears: Listed as questionable
Spears (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts.
After being limited Wednesday and then sitting out Thursday's practice, Spears now carries a questionable tag into the weekend. He returned to full participation Friday, which suggests he's on track to be active ahead of the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Saquon Barkley RB | PHI
Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Ruled out for Week 6
Barkley (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
After missing a second straight week of practice due to a right hamstring injury, Barkley subsequently will be inactive for a second occasion this season. The Eagles placed Will Shipley (foot) on injured reserve Friday, so the backfield currently is occupied by Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele, the former of whom is the favorite to garner more of the workload for as long as Barkley is sidelined.
-
Will Shipley RB | PHI
Eagles' Will Shipley: Placed on injured reserve
The Eagles placed Shipley (foot) on injured reserve Friday.
After being diagnosed with a partial tear of his plantar fascia earlier this week, Shipley was slated for a multi-week absence, and he now will miss at least the next four games while on IR. He'll join Tank Bigsby (abdomen) on the list, and with Saquon Barkley currently tending to a lingering hamstring injury, the Eagles currently host just two healthy RBs (Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele) on the active roster. Shipley's next chance for game action is Sunday, Nov. 22 against the Steelers.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Packers' Josh Jacobs: Will come off exempt list Monday
Jacobs (personal) will be removed from the Commissioner's Exempt List on Monday and be eligible to play as soon as the Packers' Week 7 game at Detroit, Tom Pelissero of Netflix reports.
Jacobs' playing status has been in limbo since his May arrest following a domestic incident that led to the running back pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal damage to property in early September. He since has missed the first five games of the season and will miss a sixth contest Sunday, and while he'll be able to practice next week and make his 2026 debut on Sunday, Oct. 25, the NFL will keep its investigation of Jacobs open, reserving the right to add further discipline if new information comes to light, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Rico Dowdle RB | PIT
Steelers' Rico Dowdle: Listed as questionable for Sunday
Dowdle (toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers after being a full participant in practice Thursday and Friday.
Steelers offensive coordinator Brian Angelichio said Monday that he was expecting Dowdle to return this week. The team isn't ready to commit to it, but back-to-back full practices suggest he's ready to play unless there's a last-minute setback. Steelers coach Mike McCarthy told reporters that Jaylen Warren has earned a larger role even when Dowdle is healthy, which means the two RBs won't alternate drive sin a 50/50 split the way they did at the beginning of the season. Pittsburgh's inactive list will be posted at 11:30 a.m. ET on Sunday.

Kyle Monangai RB | CHI
Bears' Kyle Monangai: Out for Week 6
Monangai (thumb/toe) was ruled out for Sunday's game in Atlanta.
Monangai is tending to a turf toe injury that now will force a second absence in a row. With Monangai on the sidelines, Roschon Johnson will serve as the complementary RB behind starter D'Andre Swift, but such a role equated to 10 touches for 40 yards from scrimmage for the former in last Sunday's loss at Green Bay. Meanwhile, Monangai's next chance for game action is next Thursday against the Patriots.

Kyle Monangai RB | CHI
Bears' Kyle Monangai: Will avoid injured reserve
Monangai (toe), per head coach Ben Johnson, remains week-to-week but is "trending in the right direction" and will avoid injured reserve, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Johnson's comments suggest Monangai could miss more time, but they also indicate he is not facing an extended absence. His status for Sunday's matchup with the Falcons will officially be revealed when the Bears release their final injury report of the week later Friday.
