Major League Baseball has announced the umpiring crews for the League Championship Series round of the playoffs.
In the ALCS, Joe West is the crew chief. The members of his crew: Brian Gorman, Marvin Hudson, Dan Iassogna, Ron Kulpa, Tim Timmons and Mark Wegner. They'll get the Royals-Orioles series and this group includes the replay officials.
Over in the Giants-Cardinals NLCS, the crew chief is Gerry Davis. The rest of the crew: Mark Carlson, Phil Cuzzi, Paul Emmel, Greg Gibson, Bill Miller and Bill Welke. Again, this includes the replay officials.
Also, Todd Tichenor will assist the replay officials in the MLB Replay Operations Center in New York.
