Way back in the day (1993, to be exact), a fun little baseball film called Rookie of the Year hit theaters. The plot of the movie revolves around a 12-year-old kid named Henry Rowengartner, who breaks his arm and comes back throwing super hard after it heals, hard enough that the Cubs sign him.

At Wrigley Field on Tuesday, actor Thomas Ian Nicholas, who played Rowengartner, threw out the first pitch prior to the Cubs-Cardinals game. Here are some photos:

This isn't the first time Rowengartner ... I mean Nicholas has thrown out the first pitch at Wrigley. He did it in 2013 and 2014 as well.
