Scorpions — arthropods, not arthritic rockers — were found at Chicago White Sox spring training camp Saturday. The Arizona bark scorpion lives in relatively harsh conditions for wildlife at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, the campus where the Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers train. Still, this would seem like an opportune time for the White Sox, who underwent a makeover during the offseason that included the additions of Melky Cabrera, David Robertson, Jeff Samardzija and Adam LaRoche, to change up their theme music for 2015.
They've used a lot of AC/DC in the past (Thunderstruck has been a staple at US Cellular Field), but some Scorps also would rock the joint.
The wolf is hungry, he runs the show
He's licking his lips, he's ready to win
On the hunt tonight for love at first sting
Granted, tunes such as Rock You Like A Hurricane might be more appropriate for the Grapefruit League, but that doesn't mean the winds of change aren't blowing the White Sox toward the top of the AL Central.
What's worse, a scorpion bite or all the bad scorpion jokes in the media work room right now?

Not only a change in ballpark music, but what about scorpion tattoos for the players? Hey, didn't Michael Jordan play for the Scottsdale Scorpions in the Arizona Fall League 20 years ago?
Colleen Kane of the Chicago Tribune talked to some players on video about the scorpion invasion. Micah Johnson said he saw one "in the training room." Yikes!
