Former Colts RB Joseph Addai has no problem being a mentor to second-year players Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen. "It’s a team sport, so not matter what, you want to help guys, if you’re young or old. So that’s never been a problem for me," Addai said. "At the end of the day it’s about team and winning. I’ve seen a lot. I can show some of the young guys what they may see, what’s going to come up in the near future."
