Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon on Monday pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor aggravated DUI, Florida Times-Union reported.  Blackmon was to appear before an Oklahoma judge Monday afternoon after reportedly blowing a .24 on a breathalyzer test Saturday morning.
