James Harrison is ridiculously strong. This is hardly a revelation to anyone with even a passing interest in football. But the point was body-slammed home like a runaway Browns fan by this Instagram video Harrison posted on Friday:

Looks real bad at 135!!!

Just to be clear: Harrison, 36 years young, is putting up 135 pounds with one arm.

(Also worth noting: A day ago, we wrote about Magic Johnson imploring Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III to quit posting workout updates to his various social-media accounts. The difference here? Harrison, a former NFL Defensive Player of the Year, is a winner who seems singularly focused on football. RG3, meanwhile, is 14-21 as a starter and has been benched for Kirk Cousins and Colt McCoy.)

Harrison was signed off his couch late last September and ended up being one of the best defenders on Pittsburgh's roster. He finished 2014 with 45 tackles and 5.5 sacks, but it's unclear if the Steelers will bring him back for 2015.

We think Harrison should negotiate his new deal with the Steelers' front office while shoulder-pressing 135 with one hand.
