The Saints announced they have re-signed S Jonathon Amaya to a one-year exclusive rights contract. Amaya was acquired from the Dolphins in the trade for Reggie Bush. Amaya was primarily a backup to S Roman Harper and on special teams. Given his effectiveness and ability, it's no surprise that the Saints brought Amaya back.
