Marquette King: Drawing interest as free agent
King (groin) is drawing interest from several teams, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
King appeared in four games with the Broncos last season before suffering a groin injury and being released from IR. With the Bills and Dolphins among teams reportedly showing interest, it appears increasingly likely that King will get a chance to earn a role as the season approaches, though he'll need to pass a physical in order to sign anywhere. The 30-year-old veteran led the NFL in punting yards in 2014 and has a career average of 46.7 yards per punt.

Broncos' Marquette King: Lands on IR
The Broncos placed King (groin) on injured reserve Saturday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Denver Post reports.
King, who joined the Broncos during the offseason, injured his groin in Monday's loss to the Chiefs. He subsequently underwent an MRI to determine the extent of the injury. While details regarding the severity of the issue have not been released, it will now keep him sidelined for the remainder of the season. Colby Wadman has been signed to replace him.

Broncos' Marquette King: Doubtful for Sunday
King (groin) is considered doubtful for Sunday's game against the Jets, Ryan O'Halloran of the Denver Post reports.
King's potential availability for Sunday's tilt appears far from promising, so the Broncos may be forced to make a roster move in order to promote fellow punter Colby Wadman from the practice squad. King's roster spot might even be in danger if Denver's front office elects to go in that direction.

Broncos' Marquette King: Undergoes MRI for groin
King (groin) will get an MRI to examine the extent of his injury Wednesday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
King left in the fourth quarter of Monday night's game against the Chiefs with what was believed to be a leg injury, but that was debunked by an MRI on Tuesday, and it's now believed to be a groin issue. His status will become clearer once the test results come back.

Broncos' Marquette King: Avoids serious injury
King's (leg) tests came back normal Tuesday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.
King was examined by trainers in the fourth quarter of Monday's loss to the Chiefs and underwent an MRI on Tuesday but has reportedly avoided any serious injury. The punter has underperformed throughout the season so far and could potentially face competition at the position.
